Users lend assets to earn yield and receive nTokens (receipt tokens such as nINJ, nUSDT) representing their deposit plus accrued interest. Borrowers post collateral and pay variable interest rates that adjust automatically with pool utilization. The Red Bank contract is the core lending and liquidation engine.
