Privacy policy

Short version: Renzu has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies, and it never sells data. It reads public blockchain data for whatever you look up. The details are below.

Who is responsible

Renzu is a free, non-commercial project run by an individual publisher (see the legal notice). For anything about your data, write to support@renzu.xyz.

What you enter

When you look up a wallet address, a transaction hash or a token, it is sent to our server so we can read the matching public data from Injective sources: public Injective nodes and indexers, block explorers, and launchpad APIs for launchpad tokens. Wallet addresses are pseudonymous, but they can become personal data if someone links them to you, so we treat them with care.

• No lookup history about you. We do not keep a record of who looked up what. Results are cached briefly on our server, keyed by the address or hash, not by you, so a repeat lookup is fast. Most expire within minutes, transaction explanations within an hour.
• Transaction explanations are written by an AI model run by Groq, Inc. (United States). Only the public on-chain data of the transaction is sent, nothing about you.

Hosting and server logs

Renzu is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). Like any web host, Vercel processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and keeps short-lived logs. We do not use these to identify or profile visitors.

Cookies and browser storage

• No tracking or advertising cookies, and no analytics.
• Your browser keeps a few things locally: your recent lookups on the transaction page, and whether you have seen the latest changelog. This stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is removed when you clear your browser data.
• One strictly necessary cookie exists for the site owner's private area. Visitors never receive it.
• Price charts on some pages are provided by TradingView. When one loads, your browser connects to TradingView, which may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under the TradingView privacy policy. NFT and token images may also load from public IPFS gateways.

What Renzu publishes about wallets

Renzu publishes automated analyses of public on-chain activity: the whale feed (also posted on X as @Renzuapp), trader leaderboards, smart-money positions, and insider and linked-wallet views. These are about wallet addresses and their on-chain activity, never about named people, and Renzu does not try to identify who is behind an address. If an address is yours and you want a label or an entry reviewed, write to support@renzu.xyz.

Emails

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and do not add you to any list.

Why we process this data

We rely on our legitimate interest in running a free, public analytics service and keeping it secure and working. We do not use your data for advertising, sell it, or share it beyond the providers named here.

Transfers outside the EU

Vercel and Groq are based in the United States. They process data under their own safeguards for international transfers, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you can ask to access, correct or delete personal data about you, object to or restrict its processing, and receive a copy of it. Write to support@renzu.xyz. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in France that is the CNIL.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
